We identified association of one SNP in TH (rs11564717) with the withdrawal factor score (p = 0.0094, β = 0.59).We did not show association of the Val81Met (rs6356) variant with any alcohol-related traits, although Dahmen and colleagues (2005) identified association of this polymorphism with early-onset AD.
