Figure 2 illustrates the relationship between PRS and onset of AUD in EA subjects (p = 5 × 10–6 by the Cox model; p = 5 × 10–7 by log-rank test). The median AOO for AUD for subjects with a PRS in the top half of the distribution is 20, while the median AOO for subjects in the lower half of the PRS distribution is 22.
