Results of the multivariate multiple regression model segregated by offspring sex are presented in Table 4. Several associations withstood the Benjamini–Hochberg multiple-test correction across male and female offspring. Among males, only offspring P3 amplitude was significantly associated with closeness with father. That is, greater closeness with father was associated with larger offspring P3 amplitude (Figure 1). Closeness with mother had no significant associations with either offspring P3 amplitude or FT power. Binge drinking was associated with closeness with mother but failed to withstand multiple-test correction. However, binge drinking had significant associations with parental AUD and offspring impulsiveness. That is, among male offspring, greater number of parental AUD symptoms and greater offspring impulsiveness were associated with more binge drinking.
