Our six supplementary GWAS—of adventurousness, the four risky behaviors, and their principal component (n = 315,894 to 557,923; Supplementary Tables 4–5)—were conducted using methods comparable to those in the primary GWAS, except that they had no replication phases and most involved a single large cohort.
