Graph theory has been utilized to delineate functional and structural network alterations in neurologic disorders such as Alzheimer's disease (He et al., 2008; Stam et al., 2007a, 2009; Supekar et al., 2008), and psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia (Alexander-Bloch et al., 2012; Fornito et al., 2012; Lynall et al., 2010; van den Heuvel et al., 2010).
