There are annotated reports of copy number variants (CNVs) in some of these regions, but none were detected in a survey of HapMap data42, and Birdsuite42 (Birdseye module) CNV analysis of the GenRED dataset showed that no SNP listed in Tables 5 and 6 was spanned by a CNV in more than a few subjects.
