As noted above, in addition to the moderated regression models described in the 11 primary analysis models (1A1 through 2C), we will examine a variety of secondary models to help us interpret the results of our primary results. Included in these will be analyses where only stresses other than childhood maltreatment are considered. Secondary analyses will also include both alternate statistical models and analyses of more narrowly defined subsets of subjects (e.g. subjects from longitudinal studies, subjects for which the SNP occurring on the L allele has been genotyped).
