Genes that retained decreased expression in both male and female Cyp1b1-ko mice include the chemokines CxCl9 and Cxcl10, as well as several key regulators of liver fatty acid homeostasis (notably Scd1, Pdk4, Elovl5, Fgf21, Igfbp1, PPARγ and Me1).
