In the Plains Indians, 5 SNPs within the haplotype block were significantly associated with anxiety disorders (Table 4). For rs7704995, for example, the OR for homozygote 11 vs homozygote 22 was 1.9 (1.1–3.4, 95% CI). There was no association with AUD.
