No genotype differences were noted during habituation to the locomotor apparatus (genotype by dose interaction, F(1,14) = 0.598, p = 0.452; main effect of genotype, F(1,14) = 0.268, p = 0.613; data not shown). Locomotor activity at five minutes after ethanol administration was lower in KO mice compared to WT (genotype by dose interaction, F(3,39) = 3.075, p<0.05; Fig 1D).
