For quantification of migration of Dlxi1/2b::eGFP+ cells after plating on coverslips, intact hSS were plated on Poly-ornithine/laminin (Sigma) coated glass coverslips (15 mm; Werner). Cells were imaged 7–10 days after using a confocal microscope (Leica SP8) as described above.
