The migration of mouse Dlxi1/2b::eGFP+ cells or Cav1.2–electroporated cells and the migration of human fetal Dlxi1/2b::eGFP–infected cells were both imaged with the same setting described for intact, fused hSS-hCS. Slices were kept on the cell culture inserts during imaging.
