The SYBR green PCR master mix (Applied Biosystems, Foster City, CA, USA) was used for real-time PCR analysis. The relative differences in expression between groups were expressed using cycle time (Ct) values normalized with β-actin, and relative differences between control and treatment group were calculated and expressed as relative increases setting control as 100%.
