EEG data were recorded from a 96 channel BrainProducts actiCap system with Neuroscan SynAmps RT amplifiers (1000-Hz sampling rate, 0.05- to 200-Hz online bandpass filter, referenced to the FCz channel). Electrooculogram (EOG) was recorded using four electrodes with vertical and horizontal bipolar derivations. EEG/EOG data were downsampled to 250 Hz, high-pass (1 Hz) and notch (60 Hz) filtered. We then applied Fully Automated Statistical Thresholding for EEG artifact Rejection algorithm (FASTER; Nolan et al., 2010) for artifact detection, correction, and rejection. Output data were epoched into 1-s segments and submitted to eLORETA for source analyses.
