ABCB1 allelic distribution was similar in all groups (Figure 1). The frequency of the minor allele TT was 5/16 (31.75%) in high responders, 12/44 (27.2%) in normal responders, 5/20 (25%) in non-responders, and 19/56 (34%) in controls (Table 2).
