in our study for genes that met or nearly achieved genomewide significance: the minimum p-values in our study for MAMDC1 (103) was 0.004, 0.03 for ZNF804A (104), 0.002 in ANK3 (105), and 0.03 in CACNA1C (105). These overlaps are intriguing (although the play of chance cannot be excluded), and will be formally investigated as part of our participation in the Psychiatric GWAS Consortium analyses (18).
