We performed cell-type specific analyses implemented in FUMA, using data from nine single-cell RNA sequencing data sets from human brain (data sets listed in the Supplementary Material). The method uses MAGMA gene-property analysis to test for association between cell specific gene expression and TUD-gene association.41 Conditional analyses for multiple testing are applied to correct for all tested cell types across datasets.
