Four sets of neuroimaging GWAS were utilised for genetic correlation analyses: (1) 62 bilateral cortical parcellation phenotypes 30 ; (2) 34 cortical surface area and thickness parcellation phenotypes 31 ; (3) volumes of seven subcortical structures 32 ; and (4) 124 resting‐state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs‐fMRI) functional connectivity phenotypes. 33
