Rims2, Rimbp2), synaptotagmins (Syt3 and Syt12), syntaxins and related binding proteins, (Stx1b and Stxbp5l), synaptogyrin-1 (Syngr1), bassoon (Bsn), piccolo (Pcl), and amphiphysin (Amph). Differences in the expression or phosphorylation state of these proteins would be expected to alter presynaptic release of neurotransmitters which could contribute to the increased glutamate or GABA signaling previously observed in HAP mice (Fritz et al. 2019).
