The forced swimming test was conducted as described previously [43, 57]. Briefly, mice were tested in a clear Plexiglas cylinder (25 cm high; 10 cm in diameter) containing 15-cm deep, 24 °C warm water. The behavior was videotaped by a charge-coupled device camera positioned directly above the cylinder. The immobility time which was defined as no movement except those caused by respiration of each mouse in last 4 minof the total six period was scored.
