Information for the top ten loci is given in Supplementary Table S2. The second (rs200312312 on chromosome 5, p=6.7×10−8), third (rs117957029 on chromosome 12, p=1.6×10−7), and fourth (rs11174202 on chromosome 12, p=3.1×10−7) most significant loci in our analyses also have consistent evidence for association across multiple cohorts (see Supplementary Figure S6 for area plots of these loci). The fourth best locus is intronic in the FAM19A2 gene.
