The subgroup analysis by cocaine categories showed a significant disulfiram efficacy as compared to the control condition in both cocaine studies (g = 1.11, 95%CI = .67–1.54) and non cocaine studies primarily enrolling alcoholics (g = .63, 95%CI = .38–.87) (Figure 5). In cocaine studies, I2 was 0%. In non cocaine studies, I2 was 66%.
