For the main effect of cue, one connected component, comprising 56 edges connecting 42 regions, was statistically significant (p < .001, corrected; Figure 4, top left). For all but one edge in this subnetwork, connectivity increased in the more difficult B cue condition. Functional connectivity of right medial temporal regions showed particularly pronounced effects (29 hippocampal and 14 amygdala connections).
