a second candidate gene at the C10orf71 locus, MAPK8 is involved in formation of the heart as well as HR regulation (27,28). DALRD3 encodes a protein with a DALR anticodon-binding domain similar to that of class Ia aminoacyl tRNA synthetases (29).
