The other associated SNPs had p values of 0.011 (proxy for rs151222), 0.015 (proxy for rs234993), 0.020 (proxy for rs208799), 0.044 (rs4761874) and 0.048 (proxy for rs297257). Since rs151222 and rs234993 have an r2 of 1 with one another, these results are no more significant than what we would expect to see by chance when examining 116 SNPs.
