BrainSpan Atlas (Figure 1a); the correlation between control and SZ spatio-temporal similarity relative to the Allen Brain Atlas (−log10 p rank-sum test) for the NPCs was 0.9993 (P<1.4e–48), whereas for the 6-week-old neurons it was 0.9670 (P<9.1e–19). Each patient and control showed very similar spatial and temporal identity relative to the human brain, with very minimal inter-individual variation (Supplementary Figure 1).
