SNP-heritability was calculated using LDSC81 on the observed-scale for continuous phenotypes and the liability scale (using prevalence = 10%) for the PTSD case-control definition. Genetic correlation was estimated between PTSD case-control, PCL-Total, and all phenotypes from UK Biobank with suitable h2 accuracies for reliable rg estimation (h2 z-score ≥ 4). Heritability and genetic correlation analyses were performed using the 1000 Genomes Project European LD reference panel.
