We performed drug target analysis using competitive gene-set tests implemented in MAGMA. Drug target sets were defined as the targets of each drug from: the Drug–Gene Interaction database DGIdb v.4.2.0112, the Psychoactive Drug Screening Database Ki DB113, ChEMBL v27114, the Target Central Resource Database v6.7.0115, and DSigDB v1.0116, all downloaded in October 2020. We additionally used the drug target sets to identify targets of drugs of interest from gene-based analyses.
