Our study first validated the expression of TAF15, LINC00665, MTF1, YY2, and GTSE1 in glioma. We further explored the potential mechanisms by which these factors interact and influence glioma malignant progression, focusing on the SMD process. These results can lay a new foundation for obtaining insights into the roles of lncRNAs and the underlying molecular mechanisms in glioma malignancy, and guide the development of innovative approaches for glioma treatment.
