Percent of total time covered by the different microstate classes ranged between 18.2% and 34.7%. The ANOVA showed a significant interaction between group and microstate class (F = 4.00 df = 3,108; p = .010) that was due to significantly more percent total time in microstates of class A in patients than controls (t = 3.21, df = 34, p = .003) (Table 3, Fig 2C).
