Lastly, to explore whether the POU PRS effects could be mediated by the diagnosis of substance use disorders (SUD) or OUD in EHR, we repeated the PheWAS and LabWAS analyses after adjustment for SUD (N = 2304 cases) and OUD (N = 1799 cases). We applied FDR (5%) correction for both PheWAS and LabWAS analyses.
