Animals were anesthetized with 350mg/kg chloral hydrate i.p. and perfused with 4% paraformaldeyde. Brains were post-fixed and cyroprotected in 30% sucrose in PBS. 30µM frozen coronal sections were stained with antibodies for SNX27 (1:1000; rabbit) (Balana et al., 2011) and TH (1:1000, PelFreeze) followed by fluorophore-conjugated secondary. Sections were mounted and imaged on a confocal microscope.
