Trauma Exposure and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Among Youth in a High-Risk Family Study: Associations with Maternal and Paternal Alcohol Use Disorder.

Chi-square tests were performed on variables of interest to test differences by sex within each group (White and African American). A series of separate logistic regression models examined associations of parental AUD status with each of the traumatic experiences, and with PTSD based on childhood trauma, stratified by race. All models were adjusted for participant’s age at most recent interview and parents’ income. All analyses were performed in SAS© 9.4.
