Neurological disorders generally implicated fewer cell types, possibly because neurological GWAS had lower signal than GWAS of cognitive, anthropometric, and psychiatric traits (Figure S7). Consistent with the genetic correlations reported above, the pattern of associations for neurological disorders was distinct from psychiatric disorders (Figures S5–6), again reflecting that neurological disorders have minimal functional overlap with psychiatric disorders 21 (Figure S2).
