Effective sample size calculations were implemented using output from PLINK (https://www.cog-genomics.org/plink2), and GMMAT (https://content.sph.harvard.edu/xlin/software.html#gmmat) and geepack (https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/geepack/index.html) in R (https://cran.r-project.org/); stand-alone software for this purpose hasn’t been written but example code is available from the first author by request.
