To identify relevant tissues implicated in TUD, we performed various SNP (LDSC partitioned heritability) and gene-wide (MAGMA) analyses. We performed partitioned heritability in LDSC to evaluate the enrichment of the genome-wide findings in over 50 functional genomic annotations (and across tissues, as described below). In the baseline LDSC model, conserved and regulatory functional annotations were significantly enriched (Supplementary Figure 8 and Supplementary Table 23 for full list).
