Text

We downloaded genotype, knock-out allele information and phenotyping data for ~10,000 mouse mutant models from five large mouse phenotyping and genotyping projects; Mouse Genome Informatics (MGI52), EuroPhenome49,97, Mouse Genome Project (MGP49,50), International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IMPC98), and Infection and Immunity Immunophenotyping (3I98). Where possible, we also downloaded raw phenotyping data regarding specific assays. In total, we obtained 175,012 phenotypic measurements, across 10,288 mutant mouse models. We searched for any mouse lines with phenotypes related to behavior (natural, observed, stereotypic or assay-induced); cognition or working memory; brain, head or craniofacial dysmorphology; retinal or eye morphology, and/or vision or visual dysfunction or impairment; ear morphology or hearing dysfunction or impairment; neural tube defects; brain and/or nervous system development; abnormal nociception.
