Results from our set based analysis are presented in Tables 2 and 3. Though we had a few sets with variants that were significantly associated with symptom dimensions, no loci survived correction for multiple set comparisons. Similarly, no variants associated with neurocognition or emotion cognition survived correction. Results from our post hoc analyses of set based associations with neurocognitive sub-domains are presented in supplementary Table 3.
