Post hoc analyses of AUD severity showed that no PGS was significantly associated with hazards for AUD at any severity level in either ancestry (HR = 0.82–1.25, p ⩾ 6.60 × 10−3, pFDR ⩾ 0.059; online Supplementary Fig. S2, Supplementary Table S11).
