(Fig 3A inset). Similarly, the number of food pellets for any of the time bins between aCSF and CIC microinjection with OxoSQ 10 nmol was not statistically different (Fig 4B). The ratio of the inactive/active lever presses on average was small 0.0066 ± 0.0010 (Mean ± SE) and there were no appreciable differences between any of the treatment or baseline sessions with regard to this ratio. Similar to the cocaine group, this indicates that animals primarily associated the active lever with food pellet rewards.
