The rGs using samples of AA individuals for PTSD phenotypes (i.e. PTSDf2, PTSD Re-Exp) and AUDIT-C were positive, and only that with PTSD Re-Exp was significant; although it did not pass FDR adjustment. Notably, this positive rG estimate in AA individuals, contrasts with the negative rGs estimates in EA samples for the same phenotypes.
