The enhanced glycogen storage observed with Cyp1b1 deletion is consistent with substantial increases in the stimulatory glycogen-targeting subunits of protein phosphatase 1 (PP1); Ppp1r3b and Ppp1r3c, and decline of the inhibitory subunit, Ppp1r3g [56].
