Imaging and quantification were completed as described in Babayan et al 2012. Briefly, images were acquired on a Leica DM6000B using a 63× Plan Apo objective (1.4 numerical aperture). Image acquisition and deconvolution (99% confidence) were done using Volocity 6.0 (Perkin-Elmer) at which time deconvolved images were exported and quantified using previously described in-house analysis software.
